Ivanka HealthHi, my name is Ivanka Narai. I am a holistic practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture.
My life’s journey has taken me on an extreme adventure, filled with the greatest of joys, which includes my best friend/husband and three beautiful children, to the greatest of sorrows, which encompasses the loss of my mother when I was ten, and the scars of a traumatic incident of abuse when I was three.
So, with a passion for self transformation and personal growth, as well as astrology, art, singing and yoga, I have worked hard to release myself from adversities. Because the little girl who came into this world with wonder and curiosity deserves to experience all the amazing things that life has to offer!
Consequently, I believe that anyone who wants to help themselves, on their own healing journey, deserves to be supported and surrounded by caring and like-minded people. Having found that holistic Chinese Medicine has helped me with the physical symptoms, that were related to the emotional affects of the trauma, I use herbal medicine and acupuncture to help my clients alleviate physical symptoms, such as muscle aches and pains, low energy, sleep disruption, skin problems, altered eating habits, as well as mood and behavioural changes.
For me, the uncanny plays a huge role in my life, where weird little coincidences or signals guide me to the right people and places. Hence, I always call upon the Universe to work through me, for my highest good and the highest good of all.

You should also know…
Your first appointment with Dr Ivanka will be a comprehensive consultation. You will be asked to disclose detailed information about your health concerns, symptoms, lifestyle habits, and past medical treatments that may be relevant to your current health condition, and the goals you have for your health. Your honesty is appreciated and all disclosure is confidential. To help with the process of gathering information, if you wish, an online questionnaire may also be emailed to you, and this can be filled in a few days prior to your first consultation.
The initial consultation typically takes an hour, depending on your health concerns and goals, and includes a herbal medicine consultation and/or acupuncture. The initial consultation fee is $150.
The follow up consultation fee is $120. Please be aware that there is an additional cost for herbal formulas which depends on the types and amount of herbs that are required for your individual herbal prescription.
During the appointment, there may be palpation, pulse-taking and tongue diagnosis, as well as some astrological insight. So, for your comfort, it is best to wear comfortable clothing. And, it is best to avoid wearing excessive makeup, jewellery, and strongly scented perfume.
If you are running late, please be mindful that time constraints will affect your appointment and the full treatment may not be possible, even though the full fee must be charged. If you need to cancel, please be aware that a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee.
